ANUNCIO del Servicio Territorial de Industria, Comercio y Economía de Burgos, por el que se convoca al levantamiento de las actas previas a la ocupación forzosa de los bienes y derechos afectados por el proyecto de reforma de la línea aérea de 13,2 kV «Los Juarros» (subestación transformadora de reparto «Ibeas de Juarros») desde el apoyo n.º 11 en San Millán de Juarros hasta el apoyo n.º 222 en Salgüero de Juarros, en el término municipal de Ibeas de Juarros (Burgos), promovido por «i-DE Redes Eléctricas Inteligentes, S.A.U.». Expte.: AT29123.
SERVICIO TERRITORIAL DE INDUSTRIA, COMERCIO Y ECONOMÍA DE BURGOS
Por Resolución de 12 de marzo de 2024 del Servicio Territorial de Industria, Comercio y Economía de Burgos, (B.O.C. y L. de 21 de marzo de 2024, n.º 58) se otorga autorización administrativa de construcción y se declara en concreto la declaración de utilidad pública, lo que según lo dispuesto en el título IX de la Ley 24/2013, de 26 de diciembre, del Sector Eléctrico, lleva implícita la necesidad de ocupación de los bienes o de adquisición de los derechos afectados, así como su urgente ocupación, a los efectos del artículo 52 de la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa de 16 de diciembre de 1.954.
En consecuencia, se convoca a los titulares de derechos y bienes afectados incluidos en los Anexo, que se adjuntan a la presente, para que comparezcan el día 9 de septiembre de 2024, a la hora indicada en el anexo adjunto, en las dependencias del Ayuntamiento de Ibeas de Juarros, para proceder al levantamiento de las actas previas a la ocupación de las fincas de conformidad con el procedimiento que establece el citado art. 52 de la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa.
A dicho acto comparecerán los interesados, así como los titulares de cualquier clase de derecho o interés económico sobre los bienes afectados, debiendo acudir personalmente o mediante representante debidamente autorizado, aportando los documentos acreditativos de su titularidad, pudiendo ir acompañados de peritos y notario siendo a su costa los honorarios que devenguen.
De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 56.2 del Reglamento de la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa, los interesados y los titulares de derechos reales e intereses económicos directos sobre los bienes objeto de expropiación, así como los arrendatarios de los mismos que se hayan podido omitir en las relaciones de bienes afectados, podrán formular alegaciones al solo efecto de subsanar posibles errores u omisiones que se hayan producido al relacionar los bienes afectados por la urgente ocupación, hasta el momento del levantamiento de Actas Previas, al Servicio Territorial de Industria, Comercio y Economía de la Junta de Castilla y León en Burgos, Plaza Bilbao, n.º 3 (947281544).
De la presente convocatoria se dará traslado a cada interesado mediante notificación individual.
Ostenta la condición de beneficiaria del expediente la empresa I-DE Redes Eléctricas Inteligentes, S.A.U.
