INFORMACIÓN pública relativa a la solicitud de autorización administrativa previa, autorización de construcción y declaración, en concreto, de utilidad pública de la reforma de la línea aérea de 13,2 kV «Pinilla», S.T.R. «Salas Infantes», entre el apoyo n.º 489 en Peñacoba hasta Hortezuelos e Hinojar de Cervera, en el término municipal de Santo Domingo de Silos (Burgos). Expte.: ATLI/29.220.
SERVICIO TERRITORIAL DE INDUSTRIA, COMERCIO Y ECONOMÍA DE BURGOS
A los efectos previstos en el Título IX de la Ley 24/2013, de 26 de diciembre, del Sector Eléctrico y del R.D. 1955/2000 de 1 de diciembre, por el que se regulan las actividades de transporte, distribución, comercialización, suministro y procedimientos de autorización de instalaciones de energía eléctrica, se somete a Información Pública la solicitud formulada por I-DE Redes Eléctricas Inteligentes, S.A.U. de autorización administrativa previa, autorización de construcción y declaración en concreto de utilidad pública de la reforma de la línea aérea de 13,2 kV «Pinilla», cuyas características principales son las siguientes:
- • Reforma de línea aérea de 13,2 kV n.º 4779-61 «Pinilla» (subestación transformadora de reparto, S.T.R. «Salas Infantes») en simple circuito, con conductor desnudo alum-acero 100-AL1/17-ST1A en el tramo de línea principal y conductor desnudo alum-acero 47-AL1/8-ST1A en los tramos de derivaciones, mediante el siguiente trazado:
- - El tramo principal de 5.297 m de longitud, con origen en apoyo existente n.º 488 en Peñacoba y final en apoyo existente n.º 11952 en Hortezuelos.
- - El tramo de derivación a centro de transformación (C.T.) compacto «Retevision-Penacoba» de 11 m de longitud, con origen en apoyo proyectado n.º 30197 y final en apoyo existente s/n.
- - El tramo de derivación a C.T. «La Yecla» de 260 m de longitud, con origen en apoyo proyectado n.º 30206 y final en apoyo existente n.º 535.
- - El tramo de derivación a C.T. «La Yecla Merendero» de 236 m de longitud, con origen en apoyo proyectado n.º 30208 y final en apoyo existente n.º 541.
- - El tramo de derivación a C.T. «Hinojar de Cervera» de 351 m de longitud, con origen en apoyo proyectado n.º 30211 y final en apoyo existente n.º 547.
- • Desmontaje de 6.506 m de línea aérea de media tensión (L.A.M.T.), 54 apoyos de 1 poste de hormigón, 10 apoyos con 2 postes de hormigón, 3 apoyos metálicos, 3 juegos de 3 fusibles XS y 2 juegos de 3 seccionadores LB.
Presupuesto: 293.070.- Euros
La Declaración de Utilidad Pública llevará implícita, en todo caso, la necesidad de ocupación de los bienes y adquisición de los derechos afectados con cuyos propietarios no se ha llegado a un acuerdo que figuran en el Anexo, e implicará la urgente ocupación a los efectos del artículo 52 de la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa.
Lo que se hace público para que en el plazo de treinta días contados a partir de la publicación de este Anuncio, cualquier persona pueda examinar el proyecto y formular mediante escrito en el Servicio Territorial de Industria, Comercio y Economía, los datos oportunos para rectificar posibles errores en la relación de bienes y derechos afectados y que se indica en el Anexo, así como formular las alegaciones oportunas y las procedentes por razón de lo dispuesto en el artículo 55 de la Ley 24/2013, a cuyo objeto estará expuesto el expediente con el Proyecto de la instalación en este Servicio sito en Glorieta de Bilbao s/n, primera planta, (Burgos) en días hábiles de lunes a viernes en horario de 9 a 14 horas, así como en el Portal de Energía y Minería de Castilla y León, (www.energia.jcyl.es), en los términos del Art 83.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.
